Fast-Paced Conference & Event Video Production for grow up conference and expo

Grow Up is a large, busy conference with speakers, panels, exhibitors, networking and activity happening throughout the venue at the same time. The goal of the video coverage was to show the size and energy of the event while still capturing the smaller moments that make people want to attend.

Our approach was to move continuously between the show floor, stage programming, booths and attendee interactions rather than treating the event like a series of static shots. This gave Grow Up a stronger record of the conference and a library of footage that could be used to promote future events, speakers, exhibitors and the overall experience.

We had their videos produced and finished for them the morning after each event day had concluded, being able to help them meet fast-paced marketing goals for the conference.
