Documenting Coquitlam Search & Rescue Training in Action
Search and Rescue training is already visually interesting, so our job was not to overproduce it. The goal was to document what the team actually does, how they train and the level of coordination involved when preparing for real situations.
We worked around the training as it happened, capturing the exercises, team interaction, equipment and practical details without interfering with the process. The result was photo and video coverage that felt closer to being there than a staged promotional shoot, while still giving the organization clean content they could use to show the public what goes into Search and Rescue work.
